非甾体类抗炎药对人工髋关节置换术后患者体温的影响 被引量:1

Effects of the temperature of the patients who received the operation of hip arthroplasty with nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs(NSAIDs)

摘要 目的观察非甾体类抗炎药对人工髋关节置换术围手术期患者体温的影响,为临床治疗提供参考。方法选择住院并接受人工髋关节置换的手术患者共184例,采用随机双盲对照的方法分成A、B两组。A组共106例患者术前1 d、术日、术后1~8 d给予非甾体类抗炎药(双氯芬酸钠75 mg,qd)治疗。B组共78例患者未给予非甾体类抗炎药治疗。测量两组患者术前1 d、手术当天、术后1~8 d的体温(每天8:00、12:00、16:00、20:00分4个时间点测量)进行t检验和多元方差检验。结果 A组患者的术后平均体温(36.708±0.24)℃及最高体温(37.100±0.253)℃明显低于B组(P<0.05),A、B两组患者的术前1 d、术日平均体温及最高体温差异无统计学意义。结论围手术期常规服用非甾体类抗炎药能明显降低人工髋关节置换术后患者的体温。该结果为临床应用非甾体类抗炎药提供了一定的理论基础和参考。 Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the temperature of the patients who received the operation of hip arthroplasty with NSAIDs to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods184patient were divided into two groups.106patients(groupA)received the drug therapy of NSAIDs(diclofenac sodium75mgQd)1d before the operation day,the operation day and1-8d after the operation.78patients(group B)did not receive the drug therapy.The temperature of the patients were measured at8:00,12:00,16:00and20:00before the operationday,the operation day and1-8d after the operation.Results The mean body(36.708±0.24)℃and the Maximum temperature(37.100±0.253)℃ofthe patient from group A were significantly lower than group B(P<0.05).1-8d after the operation.Other parameters were no significant differencesin the two groups1d before the operation day and the operation day.Conclusion The temperature of the patients who received the hip arthroplasty were deceased by NSAIDs therapy perioperative period
