摘要
ADF4159作为一款高性能的频率合成器,可通过改变内部寄存器设置,实现多种频率输出方式。该文首先给出ADF4159的锁相环电路,而后介绍外部脉冲触发扫频方式下相关寄存器的配置,最后在FPGA的时序控制下完成扫频输出和数据采集。
The ADF4159is a frequency synthesizer with high quality and performance.On-chip registers canbe configured to generate various waveforms in the frequency domain.This article firstly gives a PLL diagramwhich includes the ADF4159.Next,it shows how to configure the registers to enter sweeping mode triggeredby external pulses.In the end sweeping and data collection can be implemented under the control of FPGA.
