摘要
目的初步建立上海地区未成年人血清25-羟基维生素D[25(OH)D]的参考区间。方法选取≤16岁的未成年人400名,男、女各200名。按年龄分为<1个月(20名)、1~<6个月(80名)、6个月~<3岁(100名)、3~<6岁(100名)、6~16岁(100名)5组。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测血清25(OH)D。结果 400名未成年人25(OH)D结果中剔除1个离群点,总体呈偏态分布,因此以中位数(M)[四分位数(P_(25)~P_(75))]表示。399名未成年人血清25(OH)D水平为55.64(42.93~76.05)nmol/L,男、女童分别为56.47(44.59~76.48)和55.44(41.07~75.55)nmol/L,二者之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且各年龄组内男、女童之间差异亦无统计学意义(P>0.05)。因此,计算参考区间时可忽略性别差异。1~<6个月组和6月~<3岁组25(OH)D水平明显高于其他3组(P<0.05)。因此,需按年龄分别建立参考区间。以百分位数法[第2.5百分位数(P2.5)~第97.5百分位数(P_(97.5))]建立各年龄组的参考区间:<1个月为32.66~79.33 nmol/L,1~<6个月为32.45~129.91 nmol/L,6个月~<3岁为38.98~129.90 nmol/L,3~<6岁为32.22~86.44 nmol/L,6~16岁为30.74~87.74 nmol/L。结论初步建立了本地区未成年人25(OH)D的参考区间。
Objective To establish the reference intervals of serum25-hydroxyvitamin D[25(OH)D]among minors in Shanghai.Methods A total of400minors(≤16years old)were enrolled,including200boys and200girls.They were classified into5groups according to ages,<1month(20cases),1-<6months(80cases),6months-<3years(100cases),3-<6years(100cases)and6-16years(100cases).The level of25(OH)Dwas determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results In the results of400cases,1outlier was eliminated.The25(OH)D levels demonstrated skewed distribution,so its overall level was shown by median(M)[quartiles(P25-P75)].The25(OH)D level of399cases was55.64(42.93-76.05)nmol/L,56.47(44.59-76.48)nmol/L for boys and55.44(41.07-75.55)nmol/L for girls.There was no statistical significance between boys and girls(P>0.05).There was no statistical significance for different ages(P>0.05).The25(OH)D level in the groups of1-<6months and6months-<3years were higher than those in the other3groups(P<0.05).The reference intervals should be established according to ages.The reference intervals were shown by percentiles[the2.5th percentile(P2.5)-the97.5th percentile(P97.5)]and were32.66-79.33nmol/L for<1month group,32.45-129.91nmol/L for1-<6months group,38.98-129.90nmol/L for6months-<3years group,32.22-86.44nmol/L for3-<6years group and30.74-87.74nmol/L for6-16years group.Conclusions The reference intervals of25(OH)D have been initially established for minors in Shanghai.
