摘要
学校的终极使命是培养"文化人",学校和教师承担着传递文明、传播文化的职责。一所新校建成之时即开启其文化之旅,必须适势植入文化的基因,为学校和师生发展定基打底。思贤实验小学在开办之初即确立了"贤文化"办学方向,并致力于将"贤文化"基因植入教师的精神生命。首先是引领教师确立基于信仰塑立的"贤文化"心向,其次是开展皈依价值取向的"贤文化"实践。
The ultimate mission of school is to cultivate cultural people,and school and teacher are loaded with the responsibility of transmitting civilization and spreading culture.The completion of a newly-built school indicates the beginning of its culture journey,which must be properly implanted with cultural genes tolay a foundation for the development of school and teacher.Our school has established the schooling direction of“virtuous culture”at the beginning,striving to implant such culture into teachers’spiritual lives.First,our school guides teachers into virtuous culture for formation of their beliefs,and then put it into practice.
