摘要
目的:观察中西医结合法治疗甲状腺功能减退的疗效。方法:选择94例原发性甲减患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各47例。对照组予左甲状腺素钠片治疗;观察组应用中西医结合治疗(左甲状腺素钠联合温肾健脾方)。结果:两组的FT3、FT4及TSH治疗后与治疗前比较,均有显著改善(P<0.05),治疗后两组的FT3、FT4及TSH相比较,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗甲减疗效显著。
Objective:To observe efficacy of the integrative medicine on hypothyroidism.Methods:94patients were randomly divided into the control group and observation group.The control group was treated with left thyroxine sodium tablets.The observation group was treated in the integrative medicine.Results:The expression of FT3,FT4and TSH in two groups were significantly higher than before treatment,and those were higher in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrative medicine on hypothyroidism was significantly effective.
