摘要
针灸经络学说是中国传统医学的重要组成部分。针刺疗效已经被世界认同,并成为替代医学的主力,但针刺的作用机制尚不完全清楚。脑功能成像技术的出现为针刺机理的研究提供了新方法。人们利用脑功能成像技术观察人体生理活动及病理状态下脑功能反映区的变化,进一步揭示了人脑复杂功能活动。本文综述了近10年的文献研究,分析了脑功能磁共振成像(Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging,fMRI)在针刺脑效应研究中的应用进展,发现在针刺治疗研究中,fMRI观察证实了穴位与脑结构的相对特异性联系,观察证实了不同针刺方法对脑活动的效应,以及病理状态下静息态fMRI在针刺腧穴研究中的应用价值,同时FMRI还发现针刺激活多个脑功能区构成的网络系统产生生理效应,从而为针刺作用的机制提供循证学证据,为传统针灸学的传承和发展提供理论基础。
Acupuncture and meridian theory is an important part of TCM.Acupuncture has been recognized and become the main force of medicine;but the mechanism of acupuncture is not entirely clear.The change of brain functional area in the physical activity and pathological state by functional brain imaging techniques can reveal the complex function of human brain activities.In the recent10years of literature,the application of fMRI on acupuncture and brain effects were analyzed.The relative specificity of acupoints and brain structure,the effect of different acupuncture methods on brain activity,the application value of fMRI in acupuncture were confirmed;and the composition of network system in brain functional area and physiological effect by acupuncture were observation by fMRI.It was provided evidence-based evidence for the mechanism of acupuncture,theoretical basis for the heritage and development.
