摘要
目的:探讨腔镜辅助下微创甲状腺手术治疗甲状腺肿瘤的临床效果。方法:收治甲状腺良性肿瘤患者40例,随机分成观察组和对照组。对照组采用开放性甲状腺术式治疗,观察组采用腔镜辅助下微创甲状腺手术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流时间、引流量、术后住院时间均明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腔镜辅助下微创甲状腺手术治疗甲状腺肿瘤的临床效果显著。
Objective:To explore the effect of cavity mirror assisted minimally invasive thyroidectomy in the treatment of thyroidneoplasms.Methods:40patients with benign thyroid tumor were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation groupand the control group.The control group was treated with open thyroid surgery.The observation group was treated by cavity mirrorassisted minimally invasive thyroidectomy.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,theoperation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative drainage time,drainage volume,postoperative hospital stay were significantlylower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of thecontrol group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of cavity mirror assisted minimally invasive thyroidectomy in the treatment ofthyroid neoplasms was significant.
