摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合防治新生儿高胆红素血症的疗效。方法:收治新生儿高胆红素血症患儿60例,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组采用常规治疗,试验组在常规治疗基础上加用京族药浴,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组经皮胆红素下降率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合防治新生儿高胆红素血症的疗效显著。
Objective:To explore the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the prevention and cure ofneonatal hyperbilirubinemia.Methods:60cases of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia were selected.They were randomly divided into theexperimental group and the control group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy.The experimental group addJing Zu Yao Yu on the basis of routine treatment.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the experimentalgroup,the decrease rate of transcutaneous bilirubin was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effectof integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the prevention and cure of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia was significant.
