制药废水深度处理工艺技术研究分析 被引量:4

摘要 全面实施制药工业的水污染排放强制性标准以来,制药工艺的废水排放标准更加严格,对制药的废水排放处理技术也在不断研发,当前已经从各个方面减少水污染对环境的影响危害。本文主要对当前的制药废水处理工艺技术进行研究,立足当前的废水处理现状,对混凝沉淀技术、膜分离技术、活性炭吸附技术以及生物处理技术等都进行了深入分析,总结各项技术的工艺特点,不断完善当前的制药废水深度处理工艺,为今后的制药废水处理提供广阔的发展前景。 Since the full implementation of water pollution discharging compulsory standard all around China,the wastewater discharging standard of pharmaceutical technology has become more strict.people have taken constant research of the pharmaceutical wastewater discharging treatment technology and they have reduced the damage caused by water pollution to environment from various aspects.In this paper,it has mainly taken research of the current pharmaceutical wastewater treatment technology and on the basis of the current wastewater treatment situation,it has taken deep analysis of the coagulation sedimentation technology,membrane separation technology,activated carbon adsorption technology and biological treatment technology etc.,besides,it has concluded the technical characteristics of various technologies and constantly improved the current pharmaceutical advanced treatment technology so that to provide broad development prospect for the future pharmaceutical wastewater treatment.
