公安教育改革的“实战化教学”假定与行动--以“校局合作”共同育人模式为视角被引量：14

摘要随着公安高等教育改革的深入发展,公安院校服务经济、社会发展的能力显著增强,办学水平不断提高,为公安机关输送了大批优秀人才。当前,公安教育教学形式要不断紧跟时代发展步伐,紧盯公安教育改革发展动态,预测和确定合乎逻辑的人才培养模式"假定"。在实践中,"实战化教学"正成为公安教育改革发展的一种新的假定,而"校局合作"共同育人模式则成为其有益的行动探索。随着这种模式的不断完善,公安高等教育也将实现新的跨越发展。 With the development of police higher education,police colleges and universities have gradually enhanced their role in serving economic and social development by supply of mass professional talents for public security organs.Police education requires their teaching more to follow up the pace of the times and the dynamic development of police education reform,to predict and determine a logical“assumption”talent training mode.Therefore,the current police colleges’practical teaching and the“cooperation of PSB and police colleges”mode is effective in promoting police higher education reform.
