摘要
高素质与专业化的教师队伍是教育事业健康发展的基本保障。教书匠隐喻是对教师群体最为直接和形象的批判。对教书匠的批判必须要放在特定历史条件下去思考。从本质上讲,人们对教书匠的蔑视是技术主义的。"教书匠"只是教师众多隐喻之一,对教书匠的批判只抓住了其中的匠气,而教书匠身上的工匠精神却是值得颂扬的。不思进取、固步自封在任何时候、任何职业中都应该被批判。现代教师可以利用工匠精神为其专业化发展助力。
Under the horizon of teachers’professional development,high quality and specialization of teachers is the basic guarantee to the healthy development of education career.Teacher metaphor is the most direct and vivid critique of teachers group.Criticism of teachers must be put into specific historicalconditions.In essence,the defiance of teachers is originated from the view of technicism.Criticism of the teacher is one-sided and the spirit of craftsman on teachers is worth of praise.Conservatism should be criticized at any time.Modern teachers can use the spirit for their professional development.
