摘要 簧片结构作为新型空间可展铰链的核心部件,其典型的失效形式就是屈曲以及屈曲引起的各种损伤破坏。本文以新型空间可展单簧片结构为研究对象,基于ABAQUS软件分析平台,引入改进的弧长法进行非线性有限元分析,研究了簧片两端分别受纯弯曲和轴向压缩载荷作用下的屈曲行为。研究中考虑了初始几何缺陷和载荷偏心对结构稳定性及承载能力的影响。结果表明,引入初始几何缺陷后结构临界屈曲载荷明显下降,缺陷因子越大,计算得到的临界屈曲载荷越小,后屈曲承载能力越小。此外,载荷正向偏心时,随偏心量增加,临界屈曲载荷先增大而后递减;载荷负向偏心时,偏心量越大,临界屈曲载荷越小。该研究对于提高新型空间可展结构的稳定性具有一定的参考价值。 As the core component of novel space deployment mechanism,tape spring's main failure model is buckling and all kinds of damage caused by buckling.In this paper,the simple tape spring in the novel space deployable hinge is studied based on the finite element software ABAQUS.The buckling behavior of tape spring under pure bending and axial compression is analyzed by using an improved arc-length scheme,which is introduced into the nonlinear finite element procedure.The effects of initial geometrical imperfections and eccentric load on the buckling and buckling bearing capacity of structure are studied in the analysis of buckling.The results show that the buckling bearing capacity decreasing with the introducing of initial geometrical imperfections.The buckling load deceases with the increasing of defective factor,and the post-buckling bearing capacity is also reduced.In addition,when the structure has positive eccentricity,the buckling load first increases and then deceases with the increasing of eccentric load.And when the structure has negative eccentricity,the buckling load reduces with the increasing of eccentric load.This research makes contribution to improve the reliability of novel deployable structures.
