摘要
He-Ne激光器由于结构简单、体积小、输出激光相干性好等优点,被广泛运用到准直、定位、全息技术、精密测量、医学等领域。模式分析主要内容包括,利用干涉仪观察激光器的模式频谱结构,分析激光器所具有的纵模个数、纵模频率间隔值,横模个数。本文以激光原理与技术实验室的He-Ne激光器为基础,利用共焦球面扫描干涉仪和锯齿波发生器对He-Ne激光器的模式进行了研究。
He-Ne laser with the characteristics of simple structure,small volume and good coherence,has been widely used in alignment,positioning,holography,precision measurement medical and so on.The main content of the model analysis includes the observation of the mode spectrum structure of the laser by the interferometer,the analysis of the longitudinal mode number,the longitudinal mode frequency interval and the number of transverse modes.The mode of He-Ne laser is studied by confocal spherical scanning interferometer and sawtooth generator,based on the He-Ne laser of laser theory and technology laboratory in this paper.
