油井水泥无氯促凝早强剂的研制与现场试验 被引量:7

摘要 传统的复合早强剂中通常含氯盐,不适用于AMPS类水泥浆体系,且水泥石高温下长期强度会出现衰退现象,同时对套管有腐蚀作用。针对这些问题,研发出一种复配的无氯促凝早强剂,以硫酸钠、铝酸钠、甲酸钙和氧化钙,按照质量比1∶1∶1∶1均匀混合而成。实验结果表明:该早强剂适用于PVA类和AMPS类水泥浆体系;可使油井水泥在30℃低温下,8 h强度达3.5 MPa,稠化时间缩短至80 min以内,初凝时间缩短至90 min以内,初终凝过渡时间缩短至10 min以内,有利于油气井的防窜。该早强剂在大港油田板37-15井?139.7 mm生产套管固井中得到成功应用,固井质量优质率达81.2%,合格率达93.5%。 The traditional complex accelerator generally contains chloride,so it is not suitable for AMPS slurry systems.Longterm strength of set cement will decline under high temperature and corrode casings.In this paper,a kind of chloride-free accelerating early strength agent complex was developed to deal with these problems.It is composed of sodium sulphate,sodium aluminate,calcium formate and calcium oxide with the mass ratio of1∶1∶1∶1.Experimental results show that this early strength agent is applicable to PVA and AMPS slurry systems.The strength of oil well cement can reach3.5MPa after8h at low temperature(30℃)and its thickening time is reduced to less than80min,initial setting time less than90min and initial-final setting transition time less than10min,so it is favorable for breakthrough prevention of oil and gas wells.This agent is successfully applied to the cementing of?139.7mm production casing in Well Ban37-15in Dagang Oilfield,and its high-grade rate and qualification rate of cementing quality are81.2%and93.5%,respectively.
