摘要
空气泡沫驱油技术施工中一般存在严重的油管腐蚀问题,需要采取有效的控制措施以延长管道使用寿命,以确保油田安全低成本的生产,因此对空气泡沫驱注入系统的腐蚀影响因素进行了深入分析。采用室内挂片失重法研究了注入套管腐蚀因素对腐蚀速率的影响规律,并在此基础上运用灰关联法计算了各腐蚀因素对腐蚀速率的灰关联度,并进行了影响程度大小排序。结果表明,套管的腐蚀速率随着空气/泡沫液交替注入频率、泡沫液流速、空气参数(氧含量、湿度、温度、压力)的升高而变大,灰关联度大小排序为空气/泡沫液交替频率>空气氧浓度>温度>压力>湿度>泡沫液流速。研究结果为进一步了解空气泡沫驱腐蚀机理以及制定相关抗腐蚀对策提供了技术参考。
Serious oil well tubing corrosion problem generally exists in the operational process of air foam flooding technology and needs to take the effective control measures to prolong the pipeline life and guarantee safe oilfield production with low cost.Therefore,the corrosion factors for the injection system of air foam flooding were analyzed thoroughly.By using laboratory specimen weight loss method,the influence law of corrosion rate affected by injection casing corrosion factors was studied,and on this basis,by using grey correlation methods,the grey correlation degree of corrosion rate by various corrosion factors was calculated and sequenced according to its influence degree.The results show that the corrosion rate of the casing becomes higher with the increase of air/foam alternating injection frequency,foam liquid flow velocity,air parameters(including oxygen content,humidity,temperature and pressure)and the grey correlation degree sequence is air/foam liquid alternation frequency>oxygen concentration in the air>temperature>humidity>flow velocity of the foam liquid.The research results offer reference for further comprehending the corrosion mechanism of air foam flooding and making relevant control countermeasures.
