摘要
目的:探讨儿科急诊因呼吸困难就诊患者的非呼吸系统疾病发病原因。方法:对166例因呼吸困难就诊的儿科急诊患者进行研究。结果:相关的非呼吸系统疾病病因包括化学性食物中毒和外科疾病、严重的电解质紊乱、溶血危象、循环系统疾病以及神经系统疾病。结论:多种非呼吸系统疾病发病原因会导致儿科呼吸困难的出现,临床要注意进行准确的病因判断。
Objective:To explore the non respiratory diseases causes of patients with dyspnea in pediatric emergency treatment.Methods:166patients with dyspnea in pediatric emergency department were given study.Results:The related causes of non respiratory diseases included chemical food poisoning and surgical disease,severe electrolyte disturbance,hemolytic crisis,circulatory system disease,and nervous diastolic diseases.Conclusion:Many non respiratory diseases causes will lead to the emergence of pediatric dyspnea.The clinical attention should be paid to the accurate etiology.
