摘要
目的:探讨老年白内障患者的围手术期护理对策及效果。方法:收治老年白内障手术患者92例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用优质护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组住院时间、并发症发生率和护理满意率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对老年白内障患者在围术期实施优质护理服务有助于提高患者的临床康复速度和护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the perioperative nursing strategies and effects of elderly patients with cataract.Methods:92elderly patients with cataract surgery were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given routine care.The observation group was given high quality nursing intervention.We compared the nursing effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,hospitalization time,complication rate and nursing satisfaction rate were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of high quality nursing intervention at perioperative period for elderly patients with cataract helped to improve the patient's clinical recovery rate and nursing satisfaction.
