摘要
针对某型弹药中无线电引信测试需要拆装弹体造成的测试过程十分繁琐、耗时较长,且存在一定的不确定性和不安全性等问题,研究一种不拆装弹体的测试改进方法。设计了装备某部位加装天线的改进方案,包括加装位置,加装之后无线电引信收发信号传输链路的形成、装备气密性、测试连接方法、测试流程等。最后对加装天线的传输性能进行了测试,结果验证了改进方案的可行性和优越性。
Due to the problems of the complex testing process,time-consuming,some uncertainties and insecurities caused byprojectile remove/install in the radio fuze test for a type of ammunition,an improved method without projectile remove/install is researched.The improvement scheme of the bonded antenna is designed,including the location,the formation of the radio fuze signal transmission link,the tightness of the equipment,the test connection method,the test flow and so on.Finally,the transmission performance of the bondedantenna is tested,and the feasibility and superiority of the improved scheme are verified.
