摘要
建筑土建施工的质量不仅关系到工程的安全适用性和建设项目经济性,更关系到人民群众生命财产安全,因此做好施工过程的质量控制意义重大。本文对土建工程施工准备期、施工过程期及施工验收期进行各阶段的质量措施分析与研究,总结质量控制要点,为土建施工中存在的关键工序提供质量控制办法,保工程施工质量,提高建筑寿命。
The quality of civil engineering construction is not only related to the safety and applicability and economic efficiency of theproject,but also related to the safety of the people's life and property.Therefore,it is of great significance to make the quality control of theconstruction process well.This paper analyzes and studies the quality control measures of the construction preparation period,theconstruction process and the construction acceptance period,summarizes the key points of quality control,to provide quality control methodfor the key processes in the civil engineering construction,so as to guarantee the construction quality and extend the life of the building.
