摘要
从建筑市场状况看,近年来全国接连发生多起伤亡安全事故,造成了重大的经济损失和人员伤亡。将BIM技术应用到工程质量安全管理中,在现行的质量安全管理体系基础上引入BIM技术,形成可视化的新型管理模式。通过问卷调查及专家访谈对新疆质量安全管理现状进行分析,利用鲁班软件结合工程实例对BIM技术在工程质量安全管理中的应用进行研究。研究结果为工程质量安全管理的优化工作提供依据。
From the situation of construction market,there have been many accidents and casualties in the country in recent years,which has caused significant economic losses and casualties.BIM technology should be applied to the project quality and safetymanagement.The introduction of BIM technology based on the current quality and safety management system can form a new visualmanagement model.Through the questionnaire survey and the expert interview,this paper analyzes the current situation of quality and safetymanagement in Xinjiang,and studies the application of BIM technology in engineering quality and safety management by using Lubansoftware combined with engineering examples.The results of the study provide the basis for the optimization of engineering quality andsafety management.
