摘要
文章对单纯蜂针、蜂针四联、蜂针合补肾化瘀方、蜂针联合西药、子午流注蜂针法、蜂针配合电温针、蜂针配合热敏灸等方法治疗强直性脊柱炎(AS)进行综述,认为以蜂针为主治疗AS,可以恢复已破坏的骨组织,降低致残率,具有一定的疗效。今后应进一步加强对蜂针治疗机制及规范的研究,以利于蜂针疗法的临床推广。
This article reviewed the simple bee acupuncture,the bee acupuncture quadruple,the bee acupuncture combined with Bushen Huayu Prescription,the bee acupuncture combined with Western medicine,the meridian flow bee acupuncture,the bee acupuncture combined with electric warmed acupuncture and the bee acupuncture combined with heat-sensitive acupuncture for the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis(AS).It believed that all kinds of bee acupuncture had significant efficacy in the treatment of AS by recovering damaged bone tissue and reducing disabling rate.The study on treatment mechanism and standardazation of bee acupuncture should be strengthened to extend clinical practice of bee acupunture therapy.
