摘要
综合考虑转辙机的历史与现状、电气与非电气因素以及运行状况等,对转辙机进行健康状态评估。提出一种基于模糊综合评判的转辙机健康评估方法。针对转辙机受自身质量、检修维护情况和运行环境等诸多不确定随机因素影响的问题,引入模糊理论,建立基于模糊综合评判的转辙机健康评估模型。根据不同因素对转辙机健康状况的影响情况,应用层次分析法结合专家经验,确定健康影响因素权重,采用模糊综合评判法实现对转辙机健康状况的综合评估。该评估方法能较好地适应转辙机健康影响因素的模糊性和复杂性。通过实例分析验证该方法的有效性和可行性,为实施转辙机的状态检修提供理论依据。
This paper proposed a health assessment method for switch machine based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Considering the history and current situation of switch machine,electrical and non-electrical factors and operation condition,etc.,the health status of switch machine was assessed.Because of the influence of various uncertain and random factors on switch machine such as its own quality,maintenance status and operation environment,the fuzzy theory was introduced,and a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method-based health assessment model of switch machine was established.Analytic hierarchy process and the expert experience were applied to determine the weight of the health influence factors,and comprehensive evaluation of the health status of switch machine based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was realized.The assessment method was well adapted to the fuzziness and complexity of health influence factors of switch machine.Finally,the example analysis verified its effectiveness and feasibility,which provides a theoretical basis to carry out condition maintenance of switch machine.
