摘要
社会工作专业人才是我国人才队伍的重要组成部分,如何激发这类人才的工作热情、提升其综合素质意义重大。因而,应该在充分了解社会工作专业人才基本情况的基础上,构建有针对性的激励机制。通过对北京市持证社工抽样调查数据进行分析发现,社会工作专业人才队伍建设面临着数量不足、结构不合理、薪资水平低、评估奖励体制不完善、社会认可度不高、职业发展前景渺茫等多方面问题,这使得社会工作专业人才在劳动报酬、工作认同、工作条件、工作氛围、职业发展、自我实现等方面存在较大需求。针对这种情况,需要社会各界从微观、中观和宏观三个维度提供有效的激励措施,以满足其职业发展需求。
Professional social workers play an important part of the talent teams in China,how to arouse their work enthusiasm and improve their own quality is very important.Therefore,we should build the targeted incentive mechanism after fully understanding the basic situation of professional social works.By analyzing the sampling survey data of Beijing licensed social workers,we found the professional social workers team construction has faced number lacking,unreasonable structure,low wage,imperfect assess and reward system,low social recognition and weak career development prospect.These problems mean that professional social workers’strong demand in labor reward,working identity,working condition,working environment,career development and self-realization.It is necessary to provide effective incentive measures from the micro,middle and macro multiple dimensions by different sectors of the society to satisfy their professional demand.
