摘要
目的:研究分析中医分期辨证疗法在Pilon骨折术后患者骨折愈合及相关并发症中的治疗效果。方法:选取2015年10月-2016年月2月期间收治入院的Pilon骨折患者80例,按照就诊ID号随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组实行常规术后处理,观察组采用中医分期辨证疗法治疗,比较两组治疗效果、VAS评分、骨折愈合时间以及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组优良率为92.5%,显著高于对照组72.5%,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组患者VAS评分(2.6±0.9)以及显著骨折愈合时间(95.6±12.5)d均显著低于对照组患者的VAS评分(3.6±1.1)及显著骨折愈合时间(119.4±13.6)d,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率2.5%显著低于对照组的15.0%(P<0.05)。结论:采用中医分期辨证疗法可有效改善Pilon骨折患者术后疼痛、骨折愈合以及骨折预后,并减少并发症发生,可在临床治疗中推广应用。
Objective:To study efficacy of the TCM syndrome differentiation therapy on fracture healing and related complicationsafter Pilon fracture.Methods:80patients were randomly divided into the observation group and control group.The control group was givenroutine postoperative treatment.The observation group was treated by the TCM syndrome differentiation therapy.Results:The excellentand good rate in the observation group was92.5%,and significantly higher than72.5%in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score was(2.6±0.9);the significant fracture healing time was(95.6±12.5)days;those were significantly lower than(3.6±1.1)and(119.4±13.6)days in the cohtrol group(P<0.05).The incidence of complication in the observation group was significantly lower than15.0%in thecontrol group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The TCM syndrome differentiation can effectively improve the postoperative pain,fracture healing andfracture prognosis,reduce the incidence of complications,and is worthy of popularization and application.
