摘要
小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎属于小儿常见病,临床以腹痛为主,本病的发生主要由外感时邪,饮食不节,痰湿蕴结所致。病位在于脾胃。小儿肺常不足,易受外邪侵袭,宣降失司而腑气不通,不通则痛;脾常不足,加之饮食不节,他脏伤脾而致运化水谷精微功能下降,痰湿蕴结,气血亏虚,产生腹痛。因此吾师朱珊教授认为治疗本病应从脾胃着手,自拟方药随症加减,疗效显著。
Pediatric mesenteric lymphadenitis is a common disease in children,with abdominal pain-based.The occurrence of thedisease mainly was focused on exogenous evil,diet section and phlegm dampness.The disease lies in the spleen and stomach.Pediatriclung was often inadequate,vulnerable to exogenous evil invasion,declared off the loss of the secretary and the gas barrier,with cereal finemicro-function decline,phlegm,blood deficiency,resulting in abdominal pain.Therefore,Professor Zhu Shan considered that the treatmentof the disease should start from the spleen and stomach.
