摘要
目的:探讨中医分期辨证疗法联合手术治疗Pilon骨折的临床效果。方法:选择我院收治的96例Pilon骨折患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组48例与观察组48例,两组患者都进行常规手术复位及术后治疗,观察组在此基础上进行中医分期辨证治疗。比较两组患者术后愈合情况及VAS疼痛评分差异。结果:观察组患者愈合优良率为83.3%,显著高于对照组的60.4%,P=0.013;观察组患者骨折愈合时间明显低于对照组,P=0.001;观察组VAS疼痛评分明显低于对照组,P=0.018。结论:Pilon骨折患者采用手术结合中医分期辨证治疗有较好的效果。
Objective:To investigate clinical effects surgery plus TCM syndrome differentiation on Pilon fracture.Methods:96patients were randomly divided into the control group and observation group,48cases in each.Both groups received routine surgicalreduction and postoperative treatment.The observation group were treated by TCM syndrome differentiation more.The difference ofhealing condition and VAS pain score in the groups were compared.Results:The healed in the observation group was83.3%,significantlyhigher than60.4%in the control group(P=0.013).The fracture healed time and VAS pain score in the observation group were significantlylower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Treating Pilon fracture by surgery plus TCM syndrome differentiation showeda better effect.
