摘要
控制变压器故障将直接导致电磁起动器、变频器、软启动器等设备控制系统供电电源损坏,严重影响该类设备的正常工作。在分析控制变压器组成结构和基本工作原理基础上,利用数字信号处理器设计控制变压器运行参数监测系统,并对电压监测电路、电流监测电路、3.3V和5V电源电路进行详细设计。
Control transformer faults will directly cause electromagnetic starter inverter soft starter equipment control system such as power supply is damaged,seriously affect the normal work of the equipment On the analysis of the control transformer structure and basic principle of work,on the basis of using the digital signal processor design control transformer operation parameters monitoring system,and the voltage monitoring circuit current monitoring3.3V and5V power supply circuit for the detailed design.
