摘要
分析内分泌科相关疾病特点及进修生现状,在临床带教中注重医德医风教育、临床思维能力培养、新技术新业务学习、文献筛选查阅、论文写作培养,探讨内分泌科进修医生带教经验,提高基层医院内分泌科医生的专科执业能力。
The clinical features of the endocrinology and current situation of the refresher doctor were analyzed.To explore the experience of training methods on refresher doctor of endocrinology in the primary hospital and improve their professional ability,we summarized the teaching experience on medical ethics education,clinical thinking capability training,new technology and new business learning,literature review and paper writing training.
