摘要
利用网络免费专利数据库SOOPAT和佰腾网,检索以1985-2015年遵义师范学院申请的职务发明专利,并运用文献计量学方法,从专利申请与授权量、专利申请的有效状态、专利发明人、专利IPC分类、专利申请学科分布等方面进行了统计分析。统计数据显示,发明专利占申请总量的31.1%。结果表明,遵义师范学院(2012-2015)专利申请呈大幅增长趋势,表明最近几年学校的科研创新能力得到了较大提升。作者通过数据统计分析,指出了存在的问题并提出了建议。
The Soopat and Baiten network were used to retrieve the service invention patents applied by Zunyi Normal College from1985to2015,and then these retrieval data were analyzed by means of bibliometric method in terms of patent application and authorization,patent inventors,patent IPCclassification and patent effective condition,etc.The statistics showthat invention patents account for31.3%of the total applications.The result shows that there assumes a sharp increase as to the patent application in Zunyi Normal College from2012to2015,indicating a relative improvement of research level of this college in recent years.This paper points out some problemsand puts forwards some solutions to these problems.
