摘要 随着社会的发展和日益增加的工作压力,学生掌握更多的知识尤为重要。大学生的生活、学习和身体健康能为今后更好地服务社会打好基础。通过在大学后勤饮食部门的多年工作,发现当前学生在生活习惯及饮食方面存在诸多不合理的地方:日常饮食不科学,作息时间不规律,当前大学生缺乏体育锻炼,居住习惯不够健康。本文提出的解决办法首先要遵从四个原则:平衡性原则,适当性原则,全面性原则,针对性原则。再加上合理的饮食搭配,良好的作息习惯,使得自身营养均衡,身体可以更健康地成长。大学生是祖国的希望,是未来祖国的顶梁柱,必须要有健康的身体和良好的精神素质,才能为现代化建设添砖加瓦。 With the development of society and the increasing pressure of work,it is very important for students to master more knowledge.The life,study and physical health of college students can lay a solid foundation for their better service for the society in the future.Through years of work in the university logistics and diet department,it is found that there are many unreasonable places in the living and diet habits of students:the daily diet is unscientific;the rest time is irregular;the current college students lack physical exercise;the living habits are not healthy.The solution proposed in this paper must first follow the four principles:the principle of balance,the principle of appropriateness,the principle of comprehensiveness,the principle of relevance.Witha reasonable diet and a good habit of rest making their nutrition balance,students will grow more healthily.College students are the hope of the motherland,the pillars of the future,so they must have a healthy body and good psychological quality,in order to contribute to the modernization of our country.
