摘要
针对"鱼"形空心型材的宽展挤压模具设计,分析了多级宽展和宽展角度对金属速度场、温度场、应力应变场、模具受力及焊合力等情况的影响。研究结果表明,采用递减型二次宽展模具金属流速均匀,模具变形较小,焊合质量好,挤出型材无弯曲、扭拧等缺陷。
In view of the design of expanding extrusion die for hollow profiles with"fish"shape,the influence of multistage expand?ing and expanding angle on velocity field,temperature field,stress and strain field,die force and welding force were analyzed.The re?sults show that the metallic flow rate is more uniform and die's deformation becomes smaller,welding is qualified and extrusion pro?files is not bended and twisted when using decreasing two-times expanding die.
