摘要
目的:探讨集束化干预在降低股骨干骨折下肢皮牵引患儿牵引带滑脱率的效果。方法:通过制定查检表,对导致下肢皮牵引患儿牵引带滑脱的问题进行原因分析,制定并实施一系列的集束化干预措施,比较改善前后两组患儿牵引带滑脱率及患儿家长满意度情况。结果:患儿下肢牵引带滑脱率由52.98%降低为20.58%;下肢皮牵引患儿家长满意度由45.00%提高至改善后的80.95%。结论:集束化干预有效的降低了下肢皮牵引患儿牵引带的滑脱率,规范了护理流程,提高了护理人员工作效率,增加了患儿家长的满意度。
Objective:To explore the effect of cluster therapy on traction belt slippage in children of femoralshaft fracture by skin traction.Methods:To compare the two groups before and after improving rates of traction beltslippage and degrees of satisfaction of the parents,the reasons of children with skin traction of lower limb with beltslippage by using checklist were analyzed and the cluster intervention were formulated and implemented in this study.Results:The children with lower limb traction belt slippage rates decreased from52.98%to20.58%;The satisfactionof parents of the children improved after80.95%by45.00%;Conclusion:The cluster intervention can effectivelyreduce rates of traction belt slippage,standardise nursing process,improve the work efficiency of nurses and increasethe parents satisfaction.
