摘要
目的:研究健康管理对老年人高血压的管理价值。方法:收集2013年1月—2016年12月老年人高血压患者136例分两组,A组常规指导患者如何使用降血压药物,并定期监测血压,调整用药情况,未做其他干预;B组在A组基础上加强健康管理,给予药物指导、饮食指导、心理管理和运动指导等。就两组患者干预前后血压状况、遵医行为评分、生活质量评分和高血压控制效果、半年内入院率进行比较。结果:B组高血压控制效果明显高于A组,P<0.05。B组半年内入院率明显低于A组,P<0.05。管理前血压状况、遵医行为评分、生活质量评分无显著差异,P>0.05。B组患者干预后血压状况、遵医行为评分、生活质量评分均明显优于A组,P<0.05。结论:健康管理对老年人高血压的管理价值高,可有效提高患者遵医行为,改善血压水平,减少再入院率,对患者预后有益,可提升其生活质量,值得推广。
Objective:To study the management value of health management on elderly hypertension.Methods:136cases of elderly hypertension patients from January2013to December2016were divided into two groups.Group A received instruction of how to use blood pressure lowering drugs,and were regularly monitored blood pressure,adjust medication with other intervention;Group B received health management,medication instruction,diet instruction,psychological management and exercise guidance on the basis of the treatment of Group A.The blood pressure status,compliance score,quality of life score and control effect of hypertension were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention,and the admission rate in the six months was compared.Results:The control effect of hypertension in group B was significantly higher than that in group A,P<0.05.The admission rate in the six months in group B was significantly lower than that in group A,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in the blood pressure status,compliance score and quality of life score before treatment,P>0.05.The blood pressure status,compliance score and quality of life score of group B were significantly better than those of group A after treatment,P<0.05.Conclusions:The management value of health management for elderly hypertension was high,it could effectively improve the compliance behavior of patients,control the blood pressure level,reduce readmission rate,benefit the prognosis of patients,and improve their quality of life,so it was worth promoting.
