摘要
目的:探讨复方甘草酸苷在激素依赖性皮炎治疗中的应用价值。方法:选取2014年9月-2015年8月收治的激素依赖性皮炎患者94例为研究对象,经随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组47例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用复方甘草酸苷,观察两组治疗效果及炎性因子变化。结果:观察组、对照组治疗后总有效率分别为93.62%、78.72%,观察组显著较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者炎性因子水平无显著差异(P>0.05),观察组治疗后血清IFN-γ水平明显低于对照组,IL-10水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方甘草酸苷在激素依赖性皮炎治疗中具有确切效果,可有效改善症状,且能缓解炎症,值得推广。
Objective:To study the value of compound glycyrrhizin on hormone-resistant dermatitis.Methods:94cases fromSeptember2014to August2015were enrolled in the study,and were divided into the observation group and control group by randomdigital table,47cases in each.The control group was treated by routine treatment.The observation group received compound glycyrrhizin.Therapeutic effect and inflammatory factors in the groups were observed.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group and thecontrol group were93.62%and78.72%respectively;and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significantdifference in the level of inflammatory factors between the groups before treatment(P>0.05).The level of serum IFN-γin the observationgroup was significantly lower than that in the control group;and the level of IL-10was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound glycyrrhizin showed a definite effect on hormone-dependent dermatitis,can effectively improve thesymptoms and alleviate inflammation,and is worth popularizing.
