摘要
为解决游梁式抽油机辅助平衡重的安装问题,提出了一种具有创新性的转换接头结构。利用该转换接头能够在不焊接及不钻孔的条件下,将辅助平衡重安装于抽油机游梁尾部。在结构设计的基础上,以10型抽油机转换接头为例,进行了有限元分析,结果表明该接头的强度和刚度均能满足要求,能够安全工作。进一步现场试验证明,该接头便于安装和拆卸,达到了设计要求。
In order to solve the technical problem of installing the auxiliary balancing device on pumping unit,this paper presents an innovative crossover which can be used to install the auxiliary balancing device without welding and drilling operation.The structure of the crossover is introduced,then finite element analysis is carried out to check the strength of the crossover used on type10pumping unit.Results shows both the strength and rigidity requirements of the crossover are satisfied.The further field test demonstrates that the crossover is convenient to be installed and disassembled and it has reached the design requirement.
