摘要
目的分析甲状腺手术患者围手术期优质护理的效果。方法以2014年10月至2016年12月为时间段，随机选取80例甲状腺手术患者，采用数字抽签的方式，平均分为干预组与对照组各40例。再围手术期开展护理，对照组，采用常规护理模式，干预组采用优质护理模式，对比分析2组的护理效果。结果对比SAS评分，护理前，组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，护理后，干预组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。对比并发症情况，干预组发生率为7.5%，对照组为20%，组间差异显著，具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺手术患者，围手术期护理中，给予优质护理干预，效果显著，值得广泛推广。
Objective:To analyze the effect of high-quality nursing service on the patients with thyriod surgery in perioperative period.Method:Eighty patients with thyriod surgery from October2014to December2016were selected as research objects and were divided into intervention group and contrast group averagely.In the perioperative period,the patients in the contrast group were treated with routine care,while the intervention group were treated with high-quality nursing service.Results:According to the SAS score,there’s no difference between two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the intervention group was significantly lower than the contrast group(P<0.05).In comparison with complications,the incidence rate of intervention group was7.5%while the contrast group was20%.The differences between two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of high-quality nursing service on the patients with thyroid surgery in perioperative period is remarkable.Consequently,the high-quality nursing service in perioperative period is worth spreading.
