摘要
目的研究开放式乳突根治术与Ⅲa型鼓室成形术用于中耳炎患者治疗的临床效果。方法选取中耳炎患者100例，将其随机分为2组，对照组采用完璧式乳突根治术与Ⅲa型鼓室成形术进行治疗，观察组采用开放式乳突根治术与Ⅲa型鼓室成形术进行治疗，对比2组疗效。结果观察组的鼓膜愈合率为96%，显著高于对照组的72%；观察组的听力30dB以上的患者有11例，显著多于对照组的4例；观察组干耳48例，显著高于对照组的37例，观察组的听力改善情况与干耳情况显著优于对照组，上述差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开放式乳突根治术与Ⅲa型鼓室成形术用于中耳炎患者治疗中的临床效果显著，在临床上值得广泛推广。
Objective:To study the open mastoidectomy with tympanoplasty for type III otitis media clinical effect in the treatment of patients.Methods:100cases of otitis media patients as the research object,randomly divided into observation and control group two,control group was treated with Wanbi mastoidectomy radical resection with Type IIIA tympanoplasty treatment,observation group were treated with open mastoidectomy with tympanoplasty Type IIIA treatment efficacy of two groups were compared.Results:The observation group of patients with tympanic membrane healing rate was96%,significantly higher than the control group72%;observation group over hearing30dB patients with11cases,4cases were significantly more than the control group,the observation group was significantly higher than that of dry ear in48cases,37cases in the control group,the observation group and the hearing improvement of dry ear significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:Open mastoidectomy with tympanoplasty Type IIIA otitis media clinical effect in the treatment of patients with angioplasty for significantly,it is worth in clinical widely.
