摘要
论述了当前可用于费托合成蜡滤渣资源回收利用的相关固液分离方法,以及最新发展的一些固液分离技术,如絮凝沉降法、膜分离法、超临界流体萃取法、磁分离法、膜分离、电分离法、分子蒸馏法等。针对各种固液分离技术方法的分离效果,以及费托合成蜡渣、参与催化剂混合体系的性质,指出将以上几类分离技术进行有机组合或耦合,是未来可能对费托合成蜡渣中超细催化剂残渣去除的有效、可行的方法。
The current recycling separation methods which could be used for solid-liquid Fischer Tropsch synthesis wax residue,werediscussed.Some solid-liquid separation technology and the newest development process,such as flocculation,membrane separation,supercritical fluid extraction,magnetic separation,membrane separation,separation method,molecular distillation,were reviewed.According to the properties of various kinds of solid-liquid separation methods and separation effect of Fischer Tropsch wax residue,in the catalyst mixing system,the above separation technology for organic combination or coupling,was the effective and feasiblemethod to remove the ultrafine catalyst residue wax residue in Fischer Tropsch synthesis.
