摘要
目的分析两种雾化方案治疗支气管扩张的临床疗效。方法选取我院2016年2月~2017年2月共50例支气管扩张患者作为研究对象,以随机分配为原则,分为观察组和对照组各25例。对照组通过沐舒坦雾化方案治疗,观察组通过沐舒坦联合万托林、普米克令舒雾化方案进行治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者咳嗽缓解时间、住院时间、SAS评分、SDS评分低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者肺功能、总有效率高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论沐舒坦联合万托林、普米克令舒治疗支气管扩张具有良好的临床疗效,能有效改善患者的肺功能,促进患者康复,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze clinical curative effects of two nebulization schemes in treatment of bronchiectasis.Methods50patients with bronchiectasis in our hospital from February2016to February2017were selected as research objects and they were divided into the observation group and the control group,with25in each according to random allocation principle.The control group was given mucosolvan nebulization scheme for treatment while the observation group was treated by nebulization scheme of mucosolvan,ventolin and pulmicort respules.Clinical curative effects of patients in two groups were compared.Results Time for relieving cough,hospital stay,SAS score,SDS score of patients in the observation group were lower than those of the control group.The difference was significant(P<0.05)and there was statistical significance.Pulmonary function and total effective rate of patients in the observation group were higher than those of the control group.The difference was significant(P<0.05)and there was statistical significance.Conclusion Mucosolvan,ventolin and pulmicort respules in treatment of bronchiectasis has a good clinical curative effect.It can effectively improve ulmonary function of patients and promote rehabilitation,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
