摘要
如今,工业二氧化硫烟气排放要求尤为严格,现有脱除技术应不断优化创新,其产生的脱硫副产品已经由废弃转为可循环使用。所以,脱硫技术的优化与脱硫吸收剂的优化、脱硫设备、材料的优化等具有直接影响。对此,笔者对可再生吸收剂脱硫技术和脱硫让塔材料进行简要分析。同时,讨论该技术在具体应用中脱硫塔材料的腐蚀状态,推荐选择FRP材料取缔316L材料。
Today,industrial sulfur dioxide emissions are particularly stringent requirements,the existing removal technology should continue to optimize innovation,the resulting desulfurization byproduct has been converted from waste to recyclable.Therefore,the optimization of desulfurization technology and desulfurization absorber optimization,desulfurization equipment,material optimization has a direct impact.In this regard,the author of the renewable absorber desulfurization technology and desulfurization tower material for a brief analysis.At the same time,the discussion of the technology in the specific application of the desulfurization tower material corrosion state,it is recommended to choose FRP material to ban316L material.
