摘要
厢式货车以其载货多、密封性好的特点已成为城市物流的核心力量,各大物流公司对车辆的动力性、燃油经济性、耐久性以及安全性的要求也越来越高,车厢作为厢式货车重要部件,其轻量化工作已成为一种必然的趋势。本文通过对厢式车车厢各部分结构及新材料的研究,设计了一款新型微货车厢,为厢式车车厢提供了一种有效的轻量化设计方法。
Box type truck become the core strength of urban logistics,because it has the characteristics of carrying cargoand good sealing,the vehicle dynamics fuel economy durability and safety are higher and higher requirements for thelogistics company,as an important part of a box type truck,lightweight work is a certain trend.Research on the structureand new material of the car,we design a new type of van carriage,it is an effective method for the design of the lightweightcontainer box.
