摘要
目的观察红花逍遥片治疗肝郁气滞型黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法 90例肝郁气滞型黄褐斑患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。观察组给予口服红花逍遥片治疗,对照组给予口服逍遥散治疗。服药3个治疗周期后,比较两组患者治疗前后皮损积分、临床症状积分及总有效率。结果与治疗前比较,两组治疗后皮损积分均有所降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组治疗后皮损积分显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组治疗后临床症状积分均有所降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组临床症状积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为88.9%,高于对照组的64.4%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论红花逍遥片在治疗肝郁气滞型黄褐斑方面效果良好,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Honghua Xiaoyao tablets in the treatmentof liver qi stagnation type chloasma.Methods A total of90patients with liver qi stagnation type chloasma wererandomly divided into observation group and control group,with45cases in each group.The observation groupwas treated with oral Honghua Xiaoyao tablets,and the control group was treated with oral Xiaoyaosan.After3treatment cycles,comparison were made on skin lesions scores,clinical symptom scores and total effective ratewere compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Compared with before treatment,bothgroups had decreased skin lesions scores after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had significantly lower skin lesions scores after treatment than the control group,and thedifference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,both groups had decreasedclinical symptom scores after treatment,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,both groups had no statistically significant difference in clinical symptom scores(P>0.05).The observation group had higher total treatment effective rate as88.9%than64.4%in the control group,and the difference hadstatistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Honghua Xiaoyao tablets shows perfect effect in treating liver qistagnation type chloasma,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
