摘要
针对目前小弹弹壳检测功能中传火孔的检测成本较高的问题,提出一种低成本思路,设计一种传火孔检测模块。该模块用激光光源照射弹壳底部,在光电池上投射出光斑。光斑面积不同在光电池上产生不同的电压,将此电压放大并与标准电压比较,判定光斑面积是否符合工艺要求,从而判断弹壳的传火孔的完整性指标是否合格。结果表明:该模块符合功能要求,且成本低,已在多条国内小弹生产线及出口生产线上得到很好的应用。
Aiming at the high cost of fire hole detection in small caliber cartridge case detection function,introduce alow cost method,and design the fire hole detection module.The module uses laser to irradiate bottom of cartridge case,project faculae on photovoltaic cell.Different faculae area will produce different voltage on photovoltaic cell,amplify thevoltage and compare it with standard voltage,and judge whether the faculae area meet technique requirements or not,andevaluate whether the fire hole completeness index is qualified or not.The results show that the module meets functionrequirements in low cost,and is widely used in lots of Chinese and export small caliber bullet automation assembly line.
