摘要
在"一带一路"的背景下,云南经济的发展需要一批能够有效运用英语来开展涉外业务工作的技术人才,这就要求高职院校要加强学生跨文化交际能力的培养。采用问卷调查的方法对云南一所高职院校198名非英语专业大学生进行了跨文化交际能力的实证研究。研究发现,高职非英语专业大学生的跨文化交际能力整体偏低,多数高职英语教师已意识到培养学生跨文化交际能力的重要性,并愿意在教学实践中采取积极的措施提高外语人才的培养质量。在分析造成这些现状的原因之后,提出开设跨文化交际的选修课、为学生多创设使用英语的条件以及对教师进行专门的跨文化交际训练等,有利于培养高职学生跨文化交际能力的对策。
Under the background of the construction of“One Belt and One Road”,the economy development of Yunnan needs technicians who can carry out work in foreign-related business by using English effectively,which requires vocational colleges should enhance the cultivation of students'intercultural communication competence.An empirical study is conducted on the intercultural communication competence of198non-English majors in a vocational college in Yunnan province by questionnaire.The results indicated that the overall level of non-English majors'intercultural communication competence is low;most teachers have realized the importance of cultivating students'intercultural communication competence,and they are willing to improve the quality of training foreign language talents by taking positive measures in teaching practice.After analyzing the cause of these findings,some countermeasures were proposed to help cultivate the vocational college students'intercultural communication competence,such as opening electives about intercultural communication,creating more opportunities for the students to practise English,and providing the teachers with some specialized training in intercultural communication.
