摘要
目的研究食管癌老年患者采用三维适形放疗联合替吉奥同步化疗的临床效果。方法临床纳入48例我院2015年10月~2016年12月期间收治的老年食管癌患者作为研究对象,按随机排列表法分为两组各24例。其中24例患者单纯采用三维适形放疗进行治疗作为放疗组;另24例患者在上述基础上联合替吉奥同步化疗治疗作为联合组。观察两组患者治疗效果及不良反应情况。结果联合组总有效率高达87.50%,明显高于化疗组的70.83%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组与化疗组不良反应发生率均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论替吉奥联合三维适形放疗进行同步放化疗治疗效果较好,明显提高治疗效果,降低不良反应和药物毒性,值得临床应用及推广。
Objective To study the clinical effect of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with tegafur gimeraciloteracil potassium capsule in the treatment of elderly patients with esophageal cancer.Methods A total of48cases of elderlypatients with esophageal carcinoma admitted to our hospital from October2015to December2016were enrolled in this study andserved as study object.The patients were divided into two groups by random permutation table method with24cases in each group.Among them,24patients were treated with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy only and served as radiotherapy group.Theother24cases of patients who combined concurrent chemotherapy of tegafur gimeracil oteracil potassium capsule were served ascombination group.The therapeutic effect and adverse reaction of patients in two groups were observed.Results The total effectiverate of the combination group was87.50%,which was significantly higher than70.83%of the chemotherapy group with(P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the combination group and the chemotherapy groupwith(P>0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of the adoption of tegafur gimeracil oteracil potassium capsule combinedwith three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy is good.It can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,and reduce adversereactions and drug toxicity,so that it's worthy of clinical application and promotion.
