摘要
目的分析并研究红细胞贮存代谢对临床输血的有效性和安全性。方法收集哈尔滨中心血站所提供的红细胞悬液50袋(2 U/袋)作为本研究的研究标本,其保存时间5天的有10袋,10天的有10袋,15天的有10袋,25天的有10袋,32天的有10袋。同时选择我院的50例外科手术患者,分析输注有效率。采用NO荧光探针技术对于不同贮存期的红细胞一氧化氮浓度进行检测。结果随着红细胞制剂的贮存期延长,一氧化氮水平存在有持续下降的趋势,红细胞制剂输注的有效率也会随之下降。贮存期为25天和32天的红细胞悬液,在输注3小时以后患者的血浆MDA水平会上升,SOD水平会下降,与输注之前相比,差异有统计学意义。结论随着保存期不断的延长,贮存红细胞悬液中一氧化氮浓度会明显下降,与临床输注的有效性也具有一定的相关性。
Objective To analyze and study the efficacy and safety of red blood cell storage and metabolism in clinical transfusion.Methods Harbin blood center provided by the red cell suspension50bags(2U/bag)as the research sample of this study.There were10bags for5days,10bags for10days,10bags for15days,10bags for25days,and10bags for32days.At the same time,50cases of surgical patients in our hospital were selected,and the efficiency of infusion was analyzed.NO fluorescence probe technique was used to detect the nitric oxide concentration in red blood cells of different storage.Results With the prolongation of the storage period of red blood cell preparations,the level of nitric oxide levels decreased continuously,and the efficiency of red blood cell preparations decreased as well.Red cell suspensions stored for25days and32days showed a rise in plasma MDA levels and a decrease in SOD levels after3hours of infusion,which was statistically significant compared with that before infusion.Conclusion With the prolongation of the storage period,the concentration of nitric oxide in stored red cell suspension will decrease obviously,and it is also related to the effectiveness of clinical infusion.
