摘要
目的:观察香丹双侧足三里穴位注射对慢性乙型肝炎疗效的影响。方法:将120例患者随机分成三组,香丹穴位注射组(治疗组)40例,中药静滴组(对照组)40例,穴位注射加中药静滴组(结合组)40例。观察三组患者症状和肝功能指标治疗前后的变化。结果:治疗组在减轻上腹部痞闷、缓解不良情绪、减少面部黑斑方面疗效显著,P<0.05;对照组在减轻口干苦臭,改善睡眠、改善肝功能指标的改善上优于治疗组,P<0.05;穴位注射加中药静滴组兼有二者的优势。结论:穴位注射治疗慢性乙型肝炎在减轻上腹部痞闷、减少面部黑斑及座疮,缓解不良情绪方面明显优于常规的药物治疗。
Objective:To observe the efficacy of the Xiangdan injection on chronic hepatitis B.Method:120cases were randomlydivided into three groups,40cases in each.The treatment group was given Xiangdan injection;the control group was treated with TCMmedicine intravenously;the integrative group was treated with Xiangdan injection plus TCM medicine intravenously.Results:The efficacy in the treatment group was significantly in relieving Pimen in upper abdomen and negative emotions,and reducing facial spots(P<0.05).Effects in the control group were better on reducing dry mouth bitter,improvement of liver function and sleep than those in the treatmentgroup(P<0.05).The efficacy in the integrative group was good in all advantages.Conclusion:The point injection on chronic hepatitis B cansignificantly relieve Pimen in upper abdomen,reduce facial black dark spots and acne,and alleviate the negative emotions.
