摘要
目的:探讨温针灸加电针治疗气虚血瘀型中风后遗症的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2014年3月-2015年3月气虚血瘀型中风后遗症患者96例作为本次研究对象,将其按照数字抽签法随机分为两组,每组48例。对照组采用温针灸治疗,观察组在此基础上采用电针治疗,对两种治疗方法的效果进行评价分析。结果:经过治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率为95.83%,显著高于对照组患者的77.08%,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组患者的生活质量评分为(78.12±9.01)分,显著高于对照组患者的(50.27±8.56)分,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸加电针治疗气虚血瘀型中风后遗症疗效显著,使患者逐渐恢复正常生活,可广泛应用于临床中。
Objective:To investigate efficacy of warm acupuncture plus electric acupuncture on stroke sequelae of the QixuXueyu type.Methods:96patients were divided into2groups,48cases for each.The control group was given warm acupuncture;andthe observation group was given electric acupuncture more.Efficiency in two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the totalefficiency was95.83%in the observation group,significantly higher than77.08%in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score inthe observation group was(78.12±9.01),which was significantly higher than(50.27±8.56)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Warm acupuncture plus electric acupuncture on stroke sequelae of the Qixu Xueyu type shows a good effect,and is worthy of promotion.
