摘要
本文首先探讨采煤机电控系统现状,然后从软、硬件优化两方面探讨控制系统的优化设计,具体阐述优化以后系统的组成、触摸屏功能、PLC对电路的控制等问题,然后把优化以后的系统引入煤矿生产中。通过实践得出,优化后的电牵引采煤机在应用过程中表现出诸多优势。
This paper first discussed the status quo of electronic system of shearer,and then from the hardware and software optimization on the optimal design of control system in two aspects,elaborated after optimization system,touch screen and PLC on the circuit control problems,and then put into the system after optimization in coal mine production.The practice showed that the optimized electric haulage shearer has many advantages in the application process.
