摘要
旅行社业的效率问题及其影响因素的研究对揭示其经济活动运行的状况和规律有重要意义。该文运用DEA模型对我国31个省域2002-2013年旅行社行业效率进行了测算,并对其时空分异特征进行了分析,同时运用空间计量模型定量分析了影响旅行社业效率高低的因素,并对其驱动机制进行了总结归纳。研究表明:1)时序分异上,旅行社业效率呈现先上升后下降的态势,各区域年际变化差异显著;2)空间分异上,纯技术效率从"山"形向"V"形格局演进,规模效率分界线与"胡焕庸线"相似,在纯技术效率的主导下,综合效率空间格局以"山"形为主导;3)空间效应、交通条件、市场水平、信息化水平、资本状况和第三产业规模对综合效率影响显著,人口规模对规模效率影响显著,由它们构成的市场驱动、信息驱动、区位驱动和需求驱动主导着区域旅行社业效率空间格局的转变与置换。
This paper lay s em phasis on the research on the efficiency pr oblems and influential facto rs of travel agency industry,which is of g reat sig nificancetor eveal its economic conditions and rules.By using DEA model,it measur es and calculates thetrav el ag ency industr y efficiency of31prov inces in China fr om2002t o2013,analy zes the features of the time2space differentiat ion,makes quantitativ e analysis of t he influent ial factor s of the tr avel agency industry w ith spatial met ric model and summarizesthe driving mechanism.The results show that:1)In time differentiatio n,trav el agency industr y efficiency incr eases fir st andthen decr eases,and the efficiency show s str ikingly large interannual v ariat ion in different regions.2)I n space differ ent iation,pure technica l efficiency evo lv es fr om a"mountain"ty pe to"V"ty pe;the bo undary of scale efficiency is similar w ith the"HuLine"which is a compariso n line of po pulat ion density in China;under the leading of the pur e technical efficiency,the/mo untain0ty pe dominates the compr ehensive efficiency spatial patter n.3)Spatial effect,transpo rtation conditions,the statusquo ofthe mar ket,informatization extent,capital position and the scale of ter tiar y indust ry exer t sig nificant influences o n comprehensiv e efficiency of tr avel agency,w hereas po pulation size imposes notable impact on scale eff iciency.The above seven facto rs willco nstitute four major driving fo rces,which are mar ket driv ing fo rce,informatio n driv ing force,location driv ing for ce and demanddr iving force.These four driv ing fo rces dominate the transfo rmatio n and r eplacement of spat ial pattern on the r egional travel ag ency industry efficiency.Demand dr iv ing for ceplays a guiding role and mar ket driv ing fo rce plays a g uar ant eeing role.Locationand information driv ing fo rces take fur ther effectson the space differentiation of tr avel agency industry efficiency.
